A TALE OF TWO WORLDS

                                After watching numerous novels adapted into movies, I’ve realised I can't keep to myself. It's like discovering a secret ingredient in your favourite dish and feeling the need to share it with the world. First, there’s the curious case of characters losing their inner monologues. In books, we're privy to every thought, fear, and witty remark that passes through a character’s mind. It's like being their confidant. But in movies, those thoughts are often reduced to a furrowed brow or a dramatic pause, leaving us to fill in the blanks. It’s a bit like seeing an old friend after years and realizing they've become a tad more reserved, making you work harder to understand them.                     Then there's the pacing.
